Rohit Dhyani: A blast occurred at the National Medical College Hospital in Kolkata this morning. One person from the hospital staff has been injured.The explosive, packed in a plastic container, was kept on a bicycle near an outdoor emergency ward.An inquiry has been ordered into the incident.
