Air India passengers back in Delhi after emergency landing in Pak

Rohit Dhyani:  122 passengers and six crew members on an Air India flight that made an emergency landing in Pakistan have landed in Delhi. A special plane was sent to pick them up.

The Air India Airbus A-319 was headed from Abu Dhabi to New Delhi. The pilot made the emergency landing at about 2:57 am (IST) in Nawabshah in Sindh.

Initial reports said that all three hydraulic systems of the plane failed. But source say now that most likely, the computer systems malfunctioned to incorrectly show systems had failed. The technical glitch caused a false alarm, they say.
